WHAT IS SWIMMER'S SHOULDER?

Swimmer’s Shoulder, also called arc / rotator cuff tendonitis, is a type of repetitive stress injury in which tendons in the shoulder have been damaged. Professional swimmers are especially vulnerable but swimmer's shoulder could also affect amateur swimmers who don't make much use of muscles required by the front crawl of freestroke. While rest is the best cure, anti-inflammatory drugs could also help.
